Easy to Use

I like Turbo Tax because it does all the calculations for you and copies information from the previous year, making it easy just to plug in the new numbers, or if necessary, add items.
What's great about it: Copies information from last year's return.
What's not so great: Nothing

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT FILES TAXES. EASIER THAN FILING THROUGH A TAX SERVICE
What's great about it: RECALLED DATA FROM LAST FILING. GIVES OPTIONS OF WHAT IS NECESSARY AND EXPECTED

2015 Refund

I thought it was overall the best year. I have been using TT for a while.
What's great about it: Very clear, the auto prompted questions on VT Homestead was great

Technical issues

Can not figure how to print the state tax form to mail. I was also asked for a mail code for some investments, seemingly a 5 digit zip code, when the program actually wanted the 2 digit state abbreviation.
What's great about it: Alabama state much improved over last year
