Easy as it Gets!

This year's TurboTax was very easy to follow and covered everything on my checklist. With it's step-by-step process, you can easily move through and pick EXACTLY what you need with brief explanations to make it even easier! Loved the ability to move in and out of each area, making changes if necessary or just to review. The double-check process is reassuring. Well worth the little I spent to get the program. Better than a tax guy and a fraction of the cost!
What's great about it: Step-by-Step Process could not be easier!
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing I didn't like!

Gets better every year

Some tax jargon I don't understand but It's usually because its something not relevant to my situation. Besides that, I think that there couldn't be an easier way to do your taxes by yourself. Every year, I feel they make improvements that make it less complicated to use which I also appreciate.
What's great about it: Makes it easy enough for anyone to use
What's not so great: explanations are not always helpful

TurboTax rocks

We've used TurboTax for years. We had a tax "professional" review our returns from the last five years last year. He found us no money and charged us more than we spent on TurboTax the last 5 years! We'll be relying on TurboTax now and forever.

Good program, but has opportunities

Overall, I have been a TurboTax user for quite some time now, and each year, the program does what it is supposed to. It is very easy to use and guides you step by step throughout the entire process. However, depending on the timing, the program might not have the most updated forms, which will then need to be downloaded separately
What's great about it: Good price, easy to use, very detailed
What's not so great: Might not always have updated tax forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Knocked Out My Refund!

I have been using Turbo tax for 5 years now and I love it! I do not see why people would pay $100's of dollars to get their taxes done. Turbo Tax takes you step by step. Don't get easier than that!

I would like to be able to alphabetize my Charitable Contributions.

Only Tax Prep. program I will use

This product has great information in each area. There are online communities that you can get live, free help from. It walks you through each area of your taxes and you can easily switch between the guided method and the actual form view.
Easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use with lots of resources for questions
What's not so great: Wish the home business version wasn't so much
