Only 1 Way it was easier for you...

It could be or Even WILL Be Easier for you if you get to do it completely for free; otherwise, it's still the best & least expensive way to do your taxes, bar none!
What's great about it: 1) Phone App Can take pictures of your W2 and Import the Numbers. 2) It transfers to your online account.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good, but could be better

I have used Turbotax for well over 10 years ago. I trust it, I have never been audited, and it is simple to use. My only wish is that I could somehow link my Apple based (Mac) financial records) with Turbotax as apparently you can with Microsoft based programs.
What's great about it: Simple, intuitive, seems accurate
What's not so great: Cannot connect to Mac (apple) based software products

My Goto for Filing ITRs

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It's really easy to use. I have a simple tax returns and using Turbo Tax makes it simpler. Thanks.
What's great about it: Lots of help if you are confused as to what to do next.

Reliable Tax Software

Overall a nice program. Have used Turbo Tax since before 2003. However this year, it insists in trying to get me to purchase a tax return for Ohio (which is a neighboring reciprocal state), and I could not find a way to not print out 1040ES vouchers even though I am getting a refund again. First year this glitch has occurred - what a waste of paper.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast
What's not so great: State Taxes need work this year

This is my 9th year to do my taxes and file with TurboTax. always pleased with results. I will continue to use TurboTax as long as I do taxes.

Overall, very accurate. The transfer of entries from one year to the next is very useful.
What's great about it: Import features from brokerages
What's not so great: unable to print 1040-es forms when tax is below $1000.00
