Over all easy to understand.

Always easy to understand and you have help along the way if it is needed. Turbo Tax make filing taxes easy.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Could not download updates before you star your filing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Deluxe Version - Easy, quick, accurate, responsive

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and it just keeps getting easier to use. Since my income/expenses are fairly consistent year in year out, I have all the paperwork ready and it takes less than 2 hours to fully complete my return!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Addressed all deductions. Good explanations.
What's not so great: None.

I have been using turbo tax for several years, and this one, so far has been very easy to use and understand all the tax changes
What's great about it: simple, fast, easy ti understand questions
What's not so great: hard to exit some areas

What a relief! So easy and simple

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and they just keep on improving it. This tax year (2015) it took me less than an hour to enter, review and E-File my taxes.
The only wrinkle I have is thier "baked in" method for getting you to purchase Audit Defense. If you decline the first time then they hit you with it again when you E-File. It's a very minor annoyance.

Nickel and Dime

The software is relatively easy and straightforward, but there are way too many nickel and dime charge after you buy the software = like 3 to 4 times what is initially paid for the software. Also, some of the explanations are not well written and left me nervous, particularly for my state - Delaware.
What's great about it: Easy - straightforward
What's not so great: Explanations not clear. Too many after charges (i.e. nickel & dime)

As easy as can be

This is my second year using TurboTax. The best software out there by a mile! It took me about 20 min to file joint return (provided most of the data was the same from last year). Let's see how fast I will get the money this time
What's great about it: very intuitive. easily imports W2. Very comfortable to use
