Turbo Tax makes preparing and filing our tax returns so easy and they are always accurate.
If there are questions, the help feature is great.

What's great about it: Walkthroughs on earnings and deductions
What's not so great: It would be nice if there was a checklist of paperwork or information you need before you start the tax returns.

Overall I believe that it was a lot easier to use than H&R Blocks program
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Seems like I created a lot of saved documents during the process.
