I'VE USED TURBO TAX SINCE 2004 WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO BARRING ANY UNFORTUNATE INCIDENTS. THE EASE OF USE IS GREAT, AND THE ONLINE EXPERTS AND FORMS ARE EXCELLENT!! THE ADDED OPTION TO PURCHASE THE AUDIT DEFENSE PROTECTION ADDS AN ADDITIONAL LAYER OF CONFIDENCE, AND WITH THE CURRENT TURBULENT POLITICAL CLIMATE THAT THIS COUNTRY IS GOING THROUGH ON BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT, THIS OPTION IS GREAT FOR THE PRICE.
THANKS TO THE INTUIT TEAM FOR THIS PRODUCT.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE

A solid return

After review of my deductibles Turbo Tax was able to advise me to take the standard deduction for the highest refund, which I did and I am a happy tax payer.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: Sometime too easy, don't forget to think!

Used Turbo Tax for Many Years

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years and have enjoyed the ease of using this product to complete my taxes. I enjoy saving $300 to $400 each year on not having to pay others to do my taxes. My taxes are not complex and feel that turbo tax does give me peace of mind that my taxes are completed accurately and with all deductions that I am entitled to.
What's great about it: It is easy to use, questions guide you.
What's not so great: When I had an HSA, the questions were confusing

TurboTax makes filing easy

I have been using TurboTax for over 25 years and each year it gets better and easier to use. The only downside is that starting in tax year 2014 some features that were in Deluxe were placed in Premier which ups the cost.
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and TurboTax does the rest
What's not so great: TurboTax Deluxe has limited investment features
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Worst Year Ever

I have used Turbo Tax for many many years and this year is the worst year!! You have eliminated even the one free email filing of the state return-BadBadBad! You can't even get the state return loaded yet, so I can at least file a paper return!!! I think that is you plan so I will try to e-file instead-wrongwrongwrong!! When are you going to update the Ohio return so I can at least file it on paper??????
