Very troubling

I have never had the amount of problems as I had this year with the software. It locked up so many times I had to keep shutting down my computer and then re-entering the same information over and over again. I didn't think I would ever get through my taxes. Thank heavens it is finally over. Please Turbo Tax fix this issue before next year when I have to do my taxes again!!!!!
What's great about it: Walks thru everything, which I need

SO EASY

This is the second year that i've used Turbo Tax and it is so easy. I love that W-2's and such automatically populated and all the calculations are done for you. All you have to do is answer the questions which are easy to understand even if you are not a tax profession (which I am not).

Great improvement from 2 years ago. This year I needed travel forms and needed to reference IRS Pubs. It was all readily accessible, Great Job.
What's great about it: Forums and Help was great.
What's not so great: ?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still better than other tax programs!

Within each section, it's lacking the help link it used to have in previous years, and has only been getting more difficult due to all these ridiculous tax laws. They really need to keep up on the help!
Also, when searching on the search bar, nothing would happen, it would continue in a loop searching.
What's great about it: Gives maximum refund!
What's not so great: Less help than the previous years.

I started useing turbotax years ago when i was self employed. the cost was 1/3 what a prepairer charged. continued useing each year to the present.Its so easy and fast. Ican stop my return and start again at my convience. I love it
What's great about it: So easy.Transfers info everytime

Employer's state ID number?

Although my W2 employer's State ID Number has been the same for several years Turbo Tax program would not accept until I modified the actual number that is on the W2. This is the same number that the 2014 program accepted last year and automatically entered on this years form entry.
What's great about it: Finally did get the program to accept entry.
What's not so great: Had to modify the actual number?
