Easy to Follow, clear

Turbo Tax 2015 with State was terrific. Easy to use, clear, fast. I feel confident my return is correct and that I got the best refund.
What's great about it: fast and easy

Love TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for around 8 years. I have even used it to file an amended return one year, which could not have been easier. The program can provide hand-holding, or let you explore areas on your own. There is always an explanation or link available if you need more info, or are not sure of one of the answers. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
What's great about it: Easy, Inexpensive, and Accurate
What's not so great: None that I have noticed

Loyal Turbo Tax user for over 10 years; won't use any other method to file taxes!
What's great about it: Very user friendly; just answer questions, it does the rest!

Overall easy to use and good explanations. Seems like you ask for detail on medical expenses that is not really needed.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbo tax is the easiest tax program I've worked with. they take you through every thing step by step. my 12 year old daughter could do it with the right documents sitting in front of her. thanks!

What's great about it: The transfer of information from the previous year's return makes the process extremely fast and easy.
What's not so great: Deluxe had difficulty entering 1099 MISC income due to the employer business type code.
