I've been using Intuit Products from Macintax to TurboTax for years and every year its become easier to use. Direct answers, streamlined program that allowed me to get through my Tax filing quick and easy. Thank you Intuit for a great product.

CHECKOUT WAS A NIGHTMARE. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY CREDIT CARD INFO ENTERED. THIS SHOULD BE A LOT EASIER. I GOT ANGRY & FRUSTRATED!

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years and find their software easy to use even for small businesses. I have never had any problems with the software except for one year the IRS corrected what must of been a typo by me and they automatically notified me and asked me if I wanted to correct thier change, which I did. I never argue with TurboTax or the IRS.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None that I can find

So Easy To Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue doing so. It is easy sooo easy to use. The program asks you simple questions in regards to your various types of INCOME and TAXES paid and you provide the answers right off of the forms your employer, bank, or government entity sent or gave to you. What could be easier!
What's great about it: Straight Forward and Easy to use
What's not so great: Had minor difficulty resetting my Intuit password (session timed out) My Bad
