Was easy to use and loved how would help me itemize charity values.
What's great about it: Easy to use and also asked question I did not realize I had to answer.
What's not so great: Wish it has a password protect so no one can axcess my files.

We had difficulty entering the security IP PIN issued by the IRS. We will be purchasing another package next year.
What's great about it: THIS PACKAGE IS NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED IDENTIFY THEFT

Awesome! Expected to pay in and received a refund

Overall, this year's TurboTax Deluxe was quicker than previous versions. Updating is still a somewhat slow process (after loading the program). I did receive a "Line 17 on Worksheet 4592 needs a value" error message and I still don't know what I was supposed to do with that. (I entered a "0" and it went away, but what was that all about?
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Updating takes some time and error msg "Line 17 on worksheet 4592 needs a value" don't help.

It's so easy!

As someone who has been in this country only 3 years, this product has made my life much easier. I'm so grateful my friend told me about y our product and helped me to file taxes with Turbo Tax. I've since helped another colleague from Spain by introducing her to Turbo Tax. Her only response was, "Why didn'y someone tell her about it sooner?"
What's great about it: Everything is easily spelled out for you

Mostly Easy

All the questions are easy and it makes taxes fast, but if I don't want to pay the extra to e-file my state return I can't find how to print it out without it saying "Do Not File" "Form not Complete" all over it.
What's great about it: Very fast and easy
What's not so great: Can't find a mailable state return to print

Super Easy

I have used Turbo Tax the last 3 or 4 years and it is so easy!! The program walks you through everything, step by step. As long as you have all your documents in front of you, it should take less than an hour!!
What's not so great: You have to pay to e-file your state return.
