Pathway to the refund.

Overall it's a good program for those of us not very familiar with taxes, requirements of info to provide, and gives a good reasonably easy path to follow to wade through all the jungle of paperwork. At each step you do have to be careful not to automatically hit continue since the program has already selected(highlighted) the potential answer and if its wrong you may forget to go back to correct it.
What's great about it: Step by step by asking generally straight forward questions.
What's not so great: Sometimes the sections are confusing. Why am I not putting certain info in this section.

TurboTax made it possible for me to save the expense of having a tax person enter my data and submit my forms. I have always gathered and summarized the information only to then spend a lot of money for someone to enter and submit it. There was just a couple of things I needed to be able to simply ask "where do I enter this?".
What's great about it: guiding questions and explainations
What's not so great: not easy to ask for help

Overall, GREAT! I learned the hard way, and now TurboTax is the ONLY software I would ever consider for my returns.

TurboTax tech support is very hard to contact. I stayed on hold for over 50mins. Before I finally gave up. Also when filing taxes, it is difficult to locate where to put in quarterly estimated taxes. Have to call tech support, as it is not prompted. In all in took me over 4 hours to complete very simple taxes. I was very displeased with this product.
What's not so great: Not easliy accessible for help

Loved using turbo tax for 2015 too

Have been using Turbo tax from 1998. I am a very satisfied customer. For 2015 taxes, I am guided through the new features / issues. It was very simple to navigate once knowing the differences ahead. Overall I am very happy using turbo tax for 2015 also.
What's great about it: Easy to complete, do at your own pace, come bak where you left, good advice and info on every topic
What's not so great: I don't have one
