TOO EASY !!

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS. ITS BEEN GREAT. TURBO TAX KEEPS IMPROVING THEIR PRODUCT EACH YEAR AND FOR 2016 THEY HIT A HOME RUN !!! WELL DONE.
What's great about it: WORKS VERY SIMPLE, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SMART
What's not so great: NONE - ZERO

Very User Friendly

My computer is getting old and is being very notional, but this software ran very well for me. Computers are challenging to me, but this program walks you through very smoothly. Once I convinced my decrepit computer to work, it only took about half an hour to get my taxes done and submitted.
What's great about it: Easily navigates through all areas
What's not so great: There was nothing i did not like

Happy We're Getting a Refund

It went well. So much of our info. was held from last year, so it was nice just to change the amounts. I was thrown off by the new info. about the HSA, but had help from my family. Next year I should know what to do. When I found out I had to add another W2, I was surprised that Turbo Tax took so long to come up, since the 1st time I installed it & brought it up, it was so fast. Who knows? But overall, we like Turbo Tax, & have used it for years.
What's great about it: Covering all areas we needed.
What's not so great: When we needed to add another W-2 on another day, it took forever for Turbo Tax to come up on the computer.

Fast and Easy!

What's great about it: Simple and quick -- guides the user through all of the steps and provides extra explanation as needed
What's not so great: Can't pay for state return filing out of federal refund without upgrading to Premiere -- why?

Always easy to use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have always found it easy to use. I can quickly get through the screens to fill out my information. The eFile option is the BEST!! My refund usually arrives within on week.
What's great about it: Mistake proof; easy

Excellent product

I have used Turbo tax since they first came out with their product line and have never had one problem with either the download or the software design. In my opinion, this is the way to file.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and thorough
