As an Ole Retired CPA living in Sweden I found, again this year, that the web site was easy to use and very helpful in areas where help was needed. Good Marks all around. Thanks
What's great about it: Understandable instructions throughout the process.
What's not so great: Some complications, re: Healthcare for Retired folk living outside the USA

So easy.....

I used to use a tax preparer because I thought it was too difficult to do my own taxes. With no special circumstances, TurboTax makes filing my taxes idiot-proof. I will never spend the money on a tax preparer again!

if you give up to 5 free federal tax returns you should that many state forms. it would be very helpful if I could do a step by step for my child as well as myself

been using since before you bought out Parsons, had great results
What's great about it: great time and worry saver, efile great for fed, too expensive for state
What's not so great: printing results- don't know when to expect what when mailing stste return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Done at our leisure, at our location of choice, imports last years information, relatively inexpensive, and the deluxe version handles my state taxes
