Love TurboTax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 6 years. It is so easy to use, and even makes doing your own taxes a little fun! Something that could be extremely complicated is made simple to navigate. Every year it gets better! Thank you, Intuit/TurboTax for a truly helpful and usable product.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 Tax Filing

This is the best way to file taxes from home! No appointments and waits at the tax professionals and less stress. Just gather your documents and file! Very easy and accurate! Thank you turbo tax!
What's great about it: Software will walk us through every items of Federal and State tax filing.
What's not so great: I bought a desktop application, every time I pick up the work from last day of filing taxes, it asks to update the sw.

We have used TurboTax for MANY years to do our own taxes and those of our young adult children. Now our daughter is using TurboTax on her own. We like how it takes us step-by-step through every possible income source, deduction, and credit so that we don't miss anything. I wouldn't use anything but Turbotax!

Transparent, Efficient, Powerful Product

This is a productive and trustworthy tool that our family depends on year after year. It scares me to even think of switching to a less comprehensive, intuitive, and complete program. I trust your professional team more than even taking our documents over to a tax preparation company for them to do for us.
What's great about it: Comprehensive tool to ensure all tax forms and possible credits are covered
What's not so great: Not enough quick pop-up advice/guidance on uncommon forms that could be avoided and save time
