I love using TurboTax but every year I have a problem buying a second state. This year every time I tried to pay with my credit card from my account I would get the message saying they were unable to process my request at that time. When I tried paying with the same credit card but said I'd create an account later, it worked just fine.
What's not so great: couldn't pay with credit card from created account

give an option on if you want last years information because i had to put the same information in this year
What's great about it: i like how I'm walked through everything
What's not so great: I was disappointed it didnt do a comparision of my last year taxes like it has done before

I REALLY LIKE USING TURBOTAX. I'VE USED IT FOR 15 YEARS, AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE!
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE

What's not so great: For some reason Turbotax demanded I deal with farm income. I've never owned a farm, and never even lived on a farm.

Asks questions about forms that are unfamiliar and doesn't explain why i need to fill out these forms or what the questions are referring to.
What's great about it: walks you through each step
What's not so great: doesn't explain where to find answers to questions you're confused about
