The software was easy to use and made my taxes easy. I would have preferred that the cost to file efile for the state taxes would have been covered.

I was sent a wrong disc in the mail to sign up for the 2015 software. Need to make it easier for existing customers to get new software.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance with detailed instructions at your fingertips.
What's not so great: Always have a hard time renewing Turbo Tax

Easy to use, watch out for $$ add-ons

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It's easy to follow and understand the steps. It's frustrating that they still do not include State E-file. The up charge is excessive and the main reason I still print and mail my State forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State E-file not included
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Review

2015 Turbo Tax was very helpful for my husband and me this year. We bought a house and had multiple deductions that we thought were confusing. Turbo Tax walked us through step by step to enter all the information we needed. I did have to go back a few times to check and make sure I entered everything I was supposed to, but I'm a nervous e-filer! Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: step by step instructions were very helpful

Easy to do

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I have always found it easy to use and have always gotten the best refund possible. Only twice in the past 15 years have I used a different method and I was not thrilled with either of those two services. One was an accounting firm; the other was H&R Blocks program.
What's great about it: asks you all the right questions, gives you explanations when needed

Years of Refunds

Your tools permit complete documentation of income, deductions, etc. and ask me questions at appropriate points to ensure I am not making any mistakes.
What's great about it: Very detailed and easy to use.
What's not so great: More automation of documents and income forms from the Federal and commercial institutions..
