Another Successful Filing

I use Turbo Tax each year. I have a great experience everytime I use it and I never file nervous that something is wrong. It is always right. I recommend to anyone that is not mentally challenged to use Turbo Tax.

Super EASY

TurboTax was so easy to use and took less than an hour to complete and e-file my taxes. I have used TurboTax since every year since 1998, and it just keeps getting better every year.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast

Makes my life easier.

Absolutely recommend this version of Turbo Tax. It saves a boatload of money and helps you figure out the best way to get everything you should and helps you find errors, should you make them.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Retains information from previous years. Good help sections.
What's not so great: Had difficulty with the retirement/investment section. Types of IRA's unclear; traditional vs. simple, etc.

Easy Money!

It does not get easier than this. TT walks you through every step of the process, and you do not have to be a tax expert to get the maximum refund.
I own a home based business. TT walked me through the necessary business deductions, which put me into the refund category.
What's great about it: Simple but comprehensive

Just a couple of issues that could use improvement

Only 2 issues bothered me about using Turbo Tax this year:
1) I had just finished entering all my income info, and then I opened up a "Learn More" window. Upon closing this window, I inadvertently ended up closing the whole program, thus losing all the info I had just previously entered. I don't understand why the program would have just closed so abruptly ... without first asking if I wanted to "save" the current info!
2) I had to use "search" to find the window that allowed me to enter my home office deduction info. The program did not take me there on its own, despite the fact I had taken this same deduction last year.
What's great about it: Mostly great
What's not so great: Couple of time wasters
