I've been using it for years and it hasn't failed.

The prompts guide you through the entire tax return to make certain you don't miss anything. Being organized helps, but each step tells you what you will need to complete it. I have used Turbo-Tax for over 15 years without a single problem.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, thorough, and safe.
What's not so great: Multiple save or print options. One set should be sufficient.

Very intuitive, makes doing taxes almost enjoyable

Great product...I have been using Turbo Tax for over 6-7 years now and will not go back to an expensive accountant. Taxes seem daunting, but with Turbo Tax, doing taxes could not be easier. Be confident that you can do it!
What's great about it: Great software makes the process easy to understand and provide the info that is being requested
What's not so great: Additional states add fees that seem "hidden" because they are not mentioned until you proceed to file.

Loved it. Made filing my taxes (mostly) a breeze. Every so often I have to go back and correct something as I thought I needed to put something in one place and I really should have put it in another, but overall, loved it.
What's great about it: Easy, descriptive, thorough
What's not so great: Sometimes have to go back to correct things

Having used TurboTax for years, I knew what to expect. This year was even better than previous years. The import feature from previous years save SO much time and prevents data entry errors.
What's great about it: Easy to follow dialogue with explanations when I needed them.
What's not so great: Import from previous year had an error

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2002. It's only gotten better each year. Very quick, easy and accurate. Never had any problems at all. No audits. Highly recommended for even complicated tax situations. We itemize our deductions and it does an incredible job at finding them all.
