Great time saver

I'm retired and don't have a lot of money so I do my own taxes and this is by far the most simple way to do it for Dummies like me. It hardly takes any effort. Turbo does it all for you. You only have 3 requirements. Can you read, click a mouse and type in numbers? Thats it. Within 1 hour it is done for me. It even files for you.

I'm 90 years old and I just don't have the energy to do this. the one problem I had with all this is having to repeat and repeat so much. I have used Turbo Tax before and god willing, I'll use it again. THANKS, YOU DO GOOD WORK!!

Best Tax Tool

Best program to use to submit your taxes. Turbo Tax makes it so easy to submit your taxes and has great explanations if you question any section at any point. Best Tool Out There!!

Being a MAC user, I was disappointed to see the pop up that next year turbo tax will not be supporting the MAC program next year.
What's great about it: I felt that this years program was bettert than last years. Easier to use and provided easier access to last years data

TurboTax did my returns quickly and easily. It is an excellent program and I would recommend it for tax preparation at home.

Excellent Customer Service!

First of all, let me state that my husband and I have had a very difficult year and are in absolutely dire straits financially. Therefore, I was initially devastated to learn that not only were we not getting a refund this year, but that we actually owed to the state. Throughout my Turbo Tax filing process, I called customer service on 4 (!) different occasions with questions and concerns. Each representative I spoke with completely went above and beyond my expectations. I felt that they genuinely cared about our unique circumstances and took the time to share their knowledge and recommendations with me (without EVER trying to sell me anything). They took the time to explain to me in great detail why we ended up owing this year (even though we are well below the poverty line) and explained exactly the steps we should take to avoid this situation next year. They were patient, poised, and extremely sympathetic. I'm just so genuinely grateful to have had this level of compassionate support throughout this process; it has really made all the difference! I will definitely be filing with Turbo Tax next year!
