Easy Filing Experience

As a CPA and former tax preparer I found the software to be simple and easy to use. Great experience - I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it is consistently an excellent product in my opinion.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy to Use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have found it convenient and easy to use in many instances. I will continue to purchase Turbo Tax in the future as long as it continues to be user friendly.

We have used Turbotax for years. I would recommend to everyone. So easy to use and can do so at my own pace. I like that it autosaves, so I do not have to remember to do so.
What's great about it: Like the ease of use; like being able to do my own taxes at my own speed
What's not so great: N/A

Makes taxes easy by just answering questions. Accurate and fast. Got the taxes done in under 3 hours.
What's great about it: Covers all the bases and takes the work out of filing
What's not so great: Nothing significant.

Thank you for listening to us and taking the Deluxe version back to the way it was. Last year I switched to a different tax program and hated the program. I was so happy to hear you changed the deluxe version and I am back for as long as you keep it the way you have it now!!!
