Easy File

Have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and only one year had a problem and it was my fault for I entered my medical insurance premiums in two different location so changed my tax bracket and return. Ended up owing about $1,500 to the IRS but made payment arrangements which at that time hurt my budget but when it was my fault for entering the information in the wrong location. This only happened once and all the other times have had no issues from that time on. Just be careful where you enter the information and do not add it more than once.
What's great about it: step by step ease of doing filing
What's not so great: none that can think of

Turbo Tax is great I have used it for 15 to 18 years, will not change.

Doing my taxes is easier each year as you use my prior year's information to fill in items and make assumptions about what I can spend less time on.
What's great about it: It is my choice to cover items in detail and get additional info or not.

Always Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for years! It is always easy and I feel confident using the software. I don't ever feel like I miss a thing. If I have questions, there are usually links or forums you can visit and get answers.
What's great about it: Step by step guide through income, deductions etc.
What's not so great: Not always assured of new tax situations

I think there is a bug in the insurance section

Everything worked fine except the health insurance section. It told me there were errors on my return that didn't exist. Dependents and non dependents name and social security numbers.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Electronic Filing
What's not so great: Health Insurance Section
