Great Tax Prep Software

I have been a fan of Turbo Tax for 20 yrs+. Easy to use. Very comprehensive. Knowledge and help database is extensive and useful.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive, tells me if i make a mistake

I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT TURBO TAX HAS ACTUALLY GOTTEN EASIER TO USE WITH EACH PASSING YEAR. I DON'T DREAD DOING THEM AND THAT'S WHAT ANY SOFTWARE IS DESIGNED FOR. 5 STARS!!

Easy to complete and guidance thru each step makes it easy to complete all detail required.
What's great about it: Easy guide thru each step, year over year details updated, takes the fear out of doing it myself
What's not so great: Charges for State Return Filing...at the end of the process... little deceptve. Should be up front one cost.

Overall, very easy to use.

Download W-2 Didn't work

Not only did the download W2 not work, Tubo Tax did not offer anyway to try a second time. Very frustrating. But it was the only frustrating thing I encountered.
