Grand Rapids City tax return did work correctly

I will not be using Turbo Tax again since I had manually do the Grand Rapids,MI city tax return.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Grand Rapids City tax return did noy let me add employers city tax withheld.

Many missed opportunities

I've used TurboTax for many years now. I'd have to say this is probably the most disappointing year as TurboTax has failed to make significant improvements that make tax filing easiest for the user. Examples such as having to enter a lot of information about my vehicle registration. If you asked me to enter the VIN number for each vehicle you could get all of the related information from the internet. Seriously, I have to enter the weight of my vehicle? I enter the vehicle name and you still have to ask me if it's a truck? You're not using business intelligence very effectively. Also, there are several times when I have to enter data that should be there from the prior year. This is one of the biggest benefits of using a tax software and yet for many years now I've had to re-enter information that I think should already be there.
H&R Block software is a definite possibility for next year. You've had years of my business and I think I may need to see if another software does a better job of using data that's already available in prior years or over the internet.
What's great about it: The filing process easy
What's not so great: Fails to leverage prior year data and the internet to it's fullest

Decided to give turbotax a try this year. Was initially disappointed when all of my information did not import from last years return. (I used HRBlock) The second and biggest disappoint came when I realized it was cheaper to buy the CD than to download directly. That would be impossible for anyone to explain. Cardboard, printing, CD's cost money, downloads do not. Will not use this product again.
What's great about it: efiling was easy, most interviews were efficient
What's not so great: Did not import all information from last years return, some navigation was cumbersome
