Liked TurboTax for a long time!

I've used TurboTax for between 15 and 20 years - don't really remember exactly how long. I like how it constantly monitors my input for mistakes, even if it's nothing more than checking a box before I close out a form. I also like how it basically demands that everything be "just right" before you electronically file your return with the IRS. I do the tax returns for most of my family members, and there have been returns that were rejected by the IRS - but not due to TurboTax failures. It was always something like an incorrect birthday or something similar that I had to input and TurboTax had no way to check. The rollover process from last year to this year is always easy. I have nothing but good to say about TurboTax, and I doubt if I'll ever use anything else!
What's great about it: Price, easy to use, continuously watches my input for mistakes
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good tool

TurboTax is perfect for simple tax filing. I had a question and got stuck and did not find the site helpful in answering my question. TurboTax has improved from years before but not the same as having an accountant help you. For the convenience and low cost, the product is good. But If my taxes were more complicated I would go back to my accountant.
What's great about it: Convenient and costs less than a CPA
What's not so great: I had a question and had difficulty getting answers on site

Appearance of software was great. The language was easier to understand than last year. Navigation was easy because the choices made sense.

Turbo Tax is quick and easy. They cover all the areas that need to be covered and explain each step. I like the way one can expand areas for more information.
What's great about it: Fast and easy

We normally travel 2 hours away to go to a trusted Tax Advisor. Retirement of this indicvidual prevented us from doing that this year and we had to search for an alternative. This is it!

very easy to use

I have used TT for about 10 years and doing taxes is not that intimidating any more.Doing taxes is always stressful but knowing that if u have ll the appropriate paper works ,this software will answer most of your questions.
What's great about it: if u use it every year it get easier and easier .
What's not so great: more expensive than competition
