Got taxes done

Over all TurboTax has always been a good product for my tax filing needs. Printing forms has had problems with bottom margin cutting off bottom of forms. Also no instructions to remove instruction page before printing on both sides of paper.
What's great about it: Quick & easy to fill out
What's not so great: printing margin problems

GREAT TAX PROGRAM IT IS MY 5TH YEAR WITH TURBO TAX AND IT GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR!!!
What's great about it: EASY TO USE WITH STEP BY STEP PROCESS.

I have been using Turbo-Tax for at least 8 years and I have not had a question by IRS to this date.
What's great about it: Lets you review each item several times
What's not so great: Lots of questions for a simple return

I don't think there was anything that I did not like. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and every year is a little different, so it took me a little while to feel comfortable with it. It has all of the basics that I need to do my return.

Taxes made Simple

Overall I love Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax for 6 sixs in a row and I plan to continue using it. My only comment this year regards the Affordable Care Act...I received a 1095B, and a 1095C, but VA Care and Tricare for Military Retirees was not specifically spelled out. Once I read the attachment I think I figured it out, I didn't get penalized, but I would feel more comfortable if the was a box to check indicating care from the VA or Military Retirement.
What's great about it: All the tax information I need at my fingertips
What's not so great: ACA. Can you please specify VA, or Tricare for Miltary Retirees

Consistently Very Good

Full of built-in help in the way you are asked for your information. Transfers last years info into this years returns without error, TurboTax has been reliable for me for at least 17 years. I have never once regretted using it. It makes actual filing so much smoother also (than the old manual mail-in method.) I don't know how the other newer software based competitors function or satisfy their users, but this was a good choice when I started using it and that hasn't changed for me. I don't feel any need to examine other products. We are looking for accurate, timely, trustworthy filing of very important paperwork and it has always done the job very well.
What's great about it: Accurate, Error Checking-100% Guarantee, User friendly
What's not so great: Haven't experienced any Cons in seventeen years.

Have Always Rocked my refund!

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2000; no audits, no hassle, easy to use and if you're smart, you will read all the tips, tricks and information about everything because it prepares you for future investments, tax issues and liabilities, Oh, by the way, Refund EVERY YEAR since 2000. I used to do my own taxes, moved to an ex-IRS Agent, she was great but moved to an automated system and next thing ya know, I'm owing money. It was then I decided to move to Turbo Tax and have not had a single issue since. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: I sell to the Federal Government, the saying, "We want a Turbo Tax Like solution"
What's not so great: Don't and can'y find any
