Super Easy

As always, easy to use. Felt it was accurate. Only problem I had was the local tax template had blanks that I didn't need to fiill out, but entries were required so I could e-file federal and state. I put in "n/a" and generic date entries, which were accepted.
What's great about it: So Easy to Use

Easy peasy

We loved it. We definitely will be using it to file our return next year.
What's great about it: Did all calculations & searched for maximum refund possible with deductions.
What's not so great: Didn't know software. First time using tool so it took a while. Should be much easier next year.

Slight Confusion

Easy for anyone to use. I found two issues. A state form printed out last year did not print out this year. I needed to download and fill out these forms by hand to discover why. It would have been much better if TurboTax had explained why that form was not needed this year. Second issue is that the print to review and the print to mail instructions are somewhat confusing.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow step-by-step

so easy and understandable. everything is checked and double checked so you have full confidence in your return.

Exceptional Experience

I have used a CPA for the past few years due to complicated interstate moves. This year we actually lived in one state the entire year and did not buy or sell a home. I thought I'd go back to it for my husband and I (I always used if for my kids). It was great!
What's great about it: Answered all of my questions and allowed me to skip things I did not need.
What's not so great: None
