I have been using Turbo Tax since 2006 and have been completely satisfied with the product. I have been able to get maximum refunds each and every year with minimal effort. The product is easy to use and the process is quick from start to finish. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future and recommend the product to everyone.

Mac issues

I love Turbo Tax and use it every year! I've had friends be afraid of doing their own taxes and now they all do it by themselves with confidence! The only drawback is the scroll down bar on my mac book pro on the side of the turbo tax screen is very unfriendly and difficult to use...
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: scroll down bar on MAC
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pretty simple all in all

I have used TT for many years, and I was kind of afraid this year with all the health care changes. It was simple to use as always and I have every reason to think I will use it again.
What's great about it: The interview was easy to follow and I could go back and make the changes I needed

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Tax Return

I've used TurboTax for probably 15 years now and the experience is great very year. Even when our returns were difficult with the purchase of a house and many deductions, TurboTax made them very easy.
My only concern is that the Oregon State tax software does not seem to be as in-depth helpful as the Federal software is. This year, I am going to get a pamphlet and tax form and fill it out by hand so that I have handy instructions right there to help me.
All in all, I love TurboTax and I have and will continue to recommend it to my friends and family.

lack of functionality

for a company doing this so long, why doesn't your overpriced product auto-populate fields from previous return data? Why doesn't your final filing procedure have IP PIN entry as part of the sequence? You have to do a search for it! How stupid is that?!
What's not so great: did not populate my info from previous return, no ip pin option in file procedure

Turbo Tax is super easy to use!

I will never pay anyone else to do my taxes. Turbo Tax is so easily accessible and reasonably priced. I love it and I would never use anything else.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is friendly user for everyone!
What's not so great: Turbo Tax is so awesome there is nothing to dislike
