State return

A good way to file. But, should make it clear when purchasing the Basic that it does NOT include a State return and you need the Deluxe version.
What's great about it: Easy for simple returns
What's not so great: Basic does not include state return

Gets Worse Every Year

I've used TT for >10 years. Started my return 6 months ago. Special extension due to SC floods. Come to complete my return and GONE.
When I finally figure out how to start again, there is no access to 2013 either????

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and it is always extremely easy. The only complaint I have is during the filing of the completed forms you ask for a code and you email it to me. In order for me to get to my mail I must exit turbo tax and go online. Fortunately I have a laptop along with my desk top and was able to access my email using the laptop. There must be an easier way to do this.
What's great about it: everything was super easy
What's not so great: waiting for code when ready to file.

Everything is good except when I print to mail, the last line or two gets cut off on some pages. I have to go back to saved file and go page by page to fill in by hand the bottoms of all the pages not printed completely. I have noticed this in past years also.
What's great about it: I've been using it since 2004 I think.
What's not so great: I've using it since 2004 I think.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fastest tax processing ever!

It took me 15 minutes to complete my taxes (both federal and state). The download took two minutes, all my information imported seamlessly and I only had to fill out a few fields. The software walked me through each question and then some. Granted, I don't own a home or a business, so I don't have much to enter. Unless I have any major life changes, I can't imagine doing my taxes any other way in the future.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, and foolproof
What's not so great: None

All is good w/ Turbo Tax.
One minor note: MO doesn't have an Issue Date on the Driver's license & I couldn't skip this step when e-filing.. so I entered my B. date!
What's great about it: Easy to use - used TTax for the past 7 years or so

I have been using turbo tax for a few years now and when I first started the wording of some parts of the software was hard to figure out but I have notice that each year it is getting easier to understand the information and this is very helpful to those who are just using turbo tax for the first time.
What's great about it: software gets easier each year
