Love doing my taxes

I love turbo tax and love doing my taxes. There does need to be a heads up for those that use the software every year on any changes, like the part where drivers license info being requested or the changes to state forms and the asking of new question with no backround on what they are for or how to answer.
What's great about it: I like the overall ease of use of the software and the continued familiarity I have with it each year.
What's not so great: Better explanation of the state specific questions I had to answer. There was no guidance on how to answer.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast, Simple, and Easy

This is the best way to file taxes, it is simple and easy plus when used year after year, all of the information is already included. What used to take days now take hours.
I did have to look up if i could file separately on a combined on a state return if i filed jointly on a state return, if you had that information available in the software i wouldn't have had to look it up. Just a suggestion it wasn't that big of a deal...
And having to pay taxes on a return from last year is dumb but that is not your fault...
Thank you for your great product.

If you have all your documents at hand, with no distractions TurboTax can walk you through your Fed & State returns in no time.
What's great about it: Well thought out format.
What's not so great: none as of yet

very easy to use. connectivity with financial institutions made the process much simpler and faster.
What's great about it: down loading tax info from brokerage service made the process simple

I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and have never had a problem. When I used it for 2015, the software locked up on me twice where I had to use task manager to shut down the software and then reboot. Luckily most of my inputted information had been saved. Otherwise, it is the go to tax software.
What's great about it: Used Turbo Tax for over a decade -No Prior Problems
What's not so great: 2015 Software locked up twice on me when calculating

Great over the phone support!!

Patience is a virtue! I waited for over an hour on the phone for support but it was worth it! The turbo tax team effectively resolved the technical issues I was having with the submission of my tax refund! Thanks Turbotax!
What's great about it: Effective answers and resolution to technical problems
What's not so great: Waiting time for over-the-phone support was over 1 hour!

Would recommend turbo tax to anybody that has a computer, and are able to sit and take the time to do it... Michael
What's great about it: cheaper than going to tax man and I think they us the same floor mat

Cmon people! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and am not cutting you any more breaks for not improving the way Turbo Tax handles those of us with divorce situations. You need to AUTOMATICALLY guide us into the sections for receipt or disbursement of alimony and child support funds. I can tell you that EVERY year I have to go searching high and low for it. Help us already!
What's great about it: Love most things about Turbo Tax. Already addressed that last year.
What's not so great: Does not clearly guide divorced people through child support and alimony sections
