Easy, but annoying

Once through the "this isn't very common so skip it, but you didn't skip it last year so you might want to revisit it" annoyances, filing Federal was pretty painless. Not wanting to pay filing for State, doing a partial e-file and print/mail, that part's still annoying.
Perhaps add a feature that will detect if your tax situation hasn't changed for several years, and ask if it's likely to change, and suggest different withholdings to minimize the "tax-free loan to the government" every year.
What's great about it: Most question-based entries are fairly simple
What's not so great: Allows you to skip things you filed in prior returns

Very Good but Health Care Reporting Needs Work

I received a 1095 from my wife's employer having to do with health care. The instructions that came with it were very vague. I qualify for Medicare Part A, but have Declined it and get my insurance through my wife's employer. We do not have Obamacare.
There were only four choices to pick in TurboTax, none of which matched my scenario which I am sure is pretty typical for many people. I called the number listed for Medicare and they could not answer because they said that none of the four choices had to do with Medicare and they were not tax people. So, bottom line is I wasted a great deal of time in this one area and ended up having to make an educated guess based on my own research. I think the software choices could have been reworded and polished up much better to accommodate more scenarios since this is such an important change hitting the entire population this year.

Love Turbo Tax!

It is so great and easy to use! I look back at all the years and hundreds of dollars I use to spend having taxes done by tax professionals and cannot believe it. Thank you Turbo Tax for making it so easy for me to be my own tax professional :)

good upgrades this year

More my issue than Turbo Tax, but I didn't fully understand some of the info re retirement accounts - 401k, etc. Knowing I've never posted any of my balances in prior years, I just assumed not to this year as well. But it would be helpful to be more definitive in your explanation boxes.
What's great about it: clear directions, quick process

Helps to have all your stuff together. Really liked being able to import deductions and having some things prepopulated from last year
What's great about it: Very easy, took little time.

Easy taxes

It is very easy to follow and understand. If you have all your documentation it is simple and quick. I did not try the online version this year to use on my macbook. I used my old computer wished the instore version had a code for the macbook. Like microsoft. But I did think that they made it even easier to use this year.
What's great about it: Even easier to use then in the past.
What's not so great: Have to use the online version for my macbook pro and its more expensive and doesnt come with the free state.
