Awesome Refund

Turbo Tax is by far the best way to file your taxes. Done it 3 times now and so far no problems. They helped me step by step and since mine is not complicated, it went really fast and the refund came in in less than a week! I filed today but I think IRS will begin processing on January 19th. I am 8 days ahead of schedule!

Easy and Fast

I've been filing my own taxes with Turbo Tax for several years now. Last year i figured it may be less trouble to take them to a H&R Block. They're fees and customer service were less than satisfactory, so i declined they're services after finding this out then purchased turbo tax again. The difference i receive in the end was almost a hundred dollars more. If there is an easier and more convenient way than turbo tax or having someone else do my taxes i haven't found it yet.
What's great about it: Do it your way
What's not so great: Not enough informative tips for what was information missing or incorrect on the state long form file.

Turbo Tax Deluxe

Been using TT for years and has never let me down. Simple transfer from previous year and only takes about 20 minutes maximum as I do not qualify for Itemized filing. I feel TT is a blessing to so many of us. Easy to use, File and get a Refund. Thank you

I've used Turbo Tax many years now and it's been pretty good overall. Thorough in all details but this year the program had a few glitches like re-booting evertime it saved my file and everytime it updated the program. Some of the explanations this year were muddy at best. Turbo Tax can do a better job with explanations like they have in former years. Not bad overall, but Turbo Tax can do a better job.

Tax returns are getting more complicated each year, so it really helps to have a conversation-style data entry method for explaining any new requirements and questioning any uncertain selections.
What's great about it: Brought in last year's data to help compare with 2015
