Anyone Can Do It

Makes a painful process painless!
What's great about it: Walks you easily thru everything you need to do
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Easy Tax Preparation!

Turbo Tax continues to be an accurate,easy-to-use tax preparation tool. I've used Turbo Tax for quite a few years on my and my family's returns and have never had any big issues with it.
What's great about it: Very EASY to use; intuitive; well-guided
What's not so great: Still dislike the HIGH fee for filing state and extra federal returns

Works Well For Most Scenarios

I would like to see the details for last year and comparisons with last year on the page the lists dividends and interest.
What's great about it: Transfers lots of information from last year and I like the comparison columns with last year.
What's not so great: Does not support 8621 which forces me to enter that manually and prevents me from filling electronically.

Turbo Tax: Best way to get your refund bax

This is about my 8th year at doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax, and I think it is wonderful. All my data from last year comes up to compare with this year. Directions are very user friendly. Their suggestions of deductions and calculations of expenses are very understandable.
Each year seems to get a little quicker as I have gotten use to the format.
Great job Turbo Tax!

Refund was more than I expected!

Once you have finished a section it should allow you to stay at the bottom of the screen, not the constant return to the top of all of the topics you have already completed. Total waist of time. Very frustrating! It has been like this for years. I have used Turbo Tax since 1995.
What's great about it: Software gets easier to use each year (except for one thing)
What's not so great: Continuing pain scrolling down to the section you just finished

Glad to continue using Turbo tax. With a job change, moving, selling the house and buying a new one, glad it walked me through the process.
What's great about it: Very nice to have, complex year with move and it still was fairly easy.
