Easy Refund!

You are taken through every step very clearly. Even when you don't know what something means, they have a link you can click that explains it so you know if you are eligible.Each year they also keep my old information which saves SO much time! Love using Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: They go through every step with you and is extremely clear and easy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Product better each year, truely outsanding

Great product that continues to get better each year. Finished everything in record time.
However, needs to have a clear selection to chose e-file federal and mail state option.
I eventually got what I wanted, but the direct deposit information was not included in my state return (i.e. for mailing) and I had to fill in manually by pen before mailing.
This is second year I have had to do this. Seems like an easy fix.

Overall I'm happy with TurboTax, which I've used for 19 years. There are 2 minor improvements I could suggest:
1) The program knows I live in TN which has no state income tax, but it asks multiple times if I want to use TurboTax to file my state return.
2) When reviewing specific topics, the program does not remember (auto-fill) the answers to all questions (e.g. do I have an interest in a foreign bank account) which I have previously answered.

Need to be able to scroll with Mac version

An improvement opportunity: It is not easy to scroll when using the Mac version. Ideally, would like to be able to scroll down using the arrow keys.

Useful but cumbersome and couple of bad flaws

Imported 1099s income, and included in MY income, for minors trusts for which I am trustee from Fidelity website. Very bad!
What's great about it: Useful and fast
What's not so great: Repetitive entry for corrections; insistrence on miscellaneous income being business income
