Great and Easy Product!

This is my 3rd year using Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax let me go through every deduction possible by asking simple questions and gave explanations along the way if I had questions. Took a little longer to go through (about 3 total hours) but was able to get the most with little risk of audit! If you're patient and willing to take the time you will get the most... Great product, 5 stars!!!

I like it is easy. I feel confident with doing my taxes. I also like the fact that turbo taxes keep improving year after year. I will be using this software all year to keep my financial up to date.
What's great about it: Fast and easy.
What's not so great: Show how to transmitted data from other accounts. I really could not find it on the learning.

I've Turbotax since 2008 - never had any issues - it continues to be improved as they keep up with all changes
What's great about it: Easy to understand and fast
What's not so great: Lot of unnecessary questions ... but still fast

I have been using Turbotax for several years, and am extremely pleased with the thoroughness and simplicity it provides. This year's software is even better than last year's, and meets my needs.
What's great about it: Up to date and easy to work through the menu's
What's not so great: None that I know of

I would recommend using it. Good experience overall
What's great about it: Step-by-Step instructions (I didn't have to figure much out-it walked me thru everything)
What's not so great: Some things could have been explained a little better (i.e. credits)

Big Surprise this year!

What's great about it: Its great not to have to do the math.
What's not so great: Have been filing for close to twenty years. Got a new computer this year and didn't transfer past Turbo-tax info.

One Not So Small Problem

What's great about it: Turbo tax is easy to follow and makes it easy to file.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax should alphabetize the list of charities. As it is now, one wastes a lot of time needlessly.
