Easy Peasy!

This is the third year using Turbo Tax. No problems and easy to use for anyone, even the first time novice!
What's great about it: Very easy process, step-by-step, with recommendations to maximize the return.

Okay, BUT

I always have problems at the end. If I try to print BEFORE I say file I have a problem. If I print AFTER I file I have a problem. Please make the finale easier or more understandable to DUMMIES like me.
What's great about it: Ease of entering data
What's not so great: Final "things to do". They don't get easier with time

Did everything they asked and still the state return says "DO NOT FILE". This is unacceptable.

Too Easy!!!

Truly, I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Its simple, easy, walks through all taxes paid, possible deductions, and any other tax form you received and need to enter. I love how it imports all the W2 info, banking info, etc. It only took 30 mins to do both the federal & state tax forms - it really is so easy!!
What's great about it: Simple, clear, walks you thru every possible scenario.
What's not so great: None - been using Turbo for years, won't do my taxes any other way!

Very easy, just answer questions. Gets the information from past taxes. I have done this for years--always get the best refund and no fees (you get to deduct the price of the software). I also have an electronic record along with paper record. Highly recommend to anyone to do their own taxes.
