Turbo Tax is great. I use it every year and have never had a problem. Love the checks at the end to ensure there are no mistakes.
What's great about it: All steps are laid out clearly.

Easier than ever

Simple, fast & accurate. I only had 1 question about a form I rec'd & it wasn't listed. I went to the help desk, typed in the form # & rec'd my answer just that fast. I've used Turbo Tax for more than a decade & will keep using it.
What's great about it: I was able to import data from last years return plus almost all of my financial statements.
What's not so great: No cons - all pros
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

17th year and Turbo Tax still is the best

This is the 17th year I have used Turbo Tax to prepare my Federal and State tax returns. This product continues to produce consistent, accurate tax forms. Software is easy to use and the help screens are very useful when encountering new tax situations. Very satisfied customer!
