Amazing Refund!

Turbo Tax is so easy to use and has never failed me. I've been using this software tool since it was first introduced. I tried another tax software one time and was truly disappointed. I came back to Turbo Tax and never left!

It will not let me pass the driver license section without putting in a state ID number also

Coundn't Live Without TurboTax

This program is a life saver. Before using TurboTax, I did everything by hand. This not only helps me get the forms filled out correctly, but makes sure I have entered everything PERFECTLY!!
What's great about it: Accuracy, Thorough
What's not so great: Mus plow through info not pertaining to my situation

Got it done

It was not clear at first that I had to enter the date Federal Service. On the first go around I entered the date I started receiving a federal pension; consequently I ended up doing everything all over. The information on the service computation date did not carry over from my TurboTax filled out a year ago.
What's great about it: Walk through covered items I may have missed on my own
What's not so great: Confusing at times on the State tax

When you have saved your return and then go back to finish more of it, it is very hard to figure out that it is still saved until you hit the continue button then clicking the yes button that you want to continue, it should be more clear cut, thinking that every time you try to go back to your return to edit it, it shows up with a screen that is blank entry form like starting all over again without truly seeing that you have already entered most of your return giving you the idea that you did not save your original return. Thanks

The import from Quicken is a bit hidden. The Interview process should ask if you want to import early in the process.
The taxation line numbers in Quicken do not match the Schedule A lines. For example, there is no taxation code in Quicken that matches the eye glasses or medical supply lines on the medical work sheet. Thus the import from Quicken puts items into the wrong category. requiring further editing.
The import of charitable contributions results in duplicate entries which then need to be deleted.
