Very pleased

What's great about it: Using Turbo Tax for at least five years, getting better and better.
What's not so great: Annoying that Forms needed to be upgraded with each session.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: FOUND SOME ERRORS I MAME TO CORRECT THEMDE, AND WORKED WITH
What's not so great: DIFFICULTY IN FINDING HOW TO MAKE CORRECTIONS, ESPECIALLY OVERRIDE

What's great about it: easy to use, even a caveman can do it.. not to copy a comercial but it's true how easy you can use turbotax
What's not so great: be honest, there is nothing wrong yet with it

I have been mostly satisfied with T Tax for over 20 years. I use it for myself and to help my relatives do their federal and state taxes. i.e., sisters, aunt, son, etc.
What's great about it: leads me through EVERYTHING
What's not so great: Sometimes it will not accept my answer!! and I have to come with a way to "fool"it

I have used turbo tax for years and feel it is worth the expense in order to save the fee of a tax preparer

Worked Better than last year's iteration

using TT for a number of years and this year seemed to flow much more evenly ... taxes are always more complex than necessary but that's a congress problem ...
What's great about it: easy, concise, good flow to the work
What's not so great: paying taxes should be less complex ... a simple tax ... a fair tax
