I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. It is by far the easiest and most thorough way to complete a tax return. I feel confident knowing my taxes are done completely and correctly every time I have used the product. Highly recommend this product!
What's great about it: Step by step guided questions, Thorough review and audit risk analysis
What's not so great: Not know what forms to have gathered before beginning each section

Outstanding Product

I've done my families returns for 40 years or so. About 5 years ago, stopped using the series of Excel worksheets and on-line forms I had cobbled together and started with TurboTax. What can I say -- I will NEVER go back. Turbotax is fast, efficient, complete and authoritative. The ONLY way to go.

On my calls which put me on call back for approx. 1 hour, the first person did not give me the correct answers on how to get to my account. In her defense my email had changed from 2015 and seemed to make this very difficult. One call later I got disconnected. Called again and waited for the hour and the person that called did solve my problem in purchasing on line and getting me on my existing account. All were very courteous and professional.
What's great about it: finally got it done and correct
What's not so great: could not get in my account and had to call many times to get corrected.

Very easy Refund

I loved the guidance I received through out my process. I would like more information on how i can better receive a greater tax return next year.
What's great about it: Very helpful guide
What's not so great: The process is quite long
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby, I moved

Peace of Mind

Taxes are a pain. Turbo Tax takes away the pain of doubt or misunderstanding for those who don't have returns having a lot of complications, such that an accountant is needed. I'm sure more savvy folks can file a more complicated return with Turbo Tax. I'm not into being savvy on taxes. It's enough to keep the records and turn those into accurate information. Just finished and ready to pack these files away. Great feeling!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is my assurance that I've done everything needed. I can focus on my records being accurate.

I have been using TurboTax for more than ten years and this was worst one I have tried to do. Make it quicker, shorter, more exact as to what you need
What's great about it: can get on disk
What's not so great: not Precise enough to know exactly what you need .

Easy Federal Tax Filing

I like Turbo Tax software because it is very user friendly. Some programs require an IT degree to get past the first page.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes it very very simple!
What's not so great: It won't support Windows XP for 2016!
