Turbo Tax is easy to use year after year. It saves the important information and lets you update and edit as needed. I will definitely be using it again next year!
What's great about it: easy to use, flexible to skip ahead or go back when needed, very detailed and transparent program
What's not so great: I'd like to have more detail on the itemization or credits available, wish it was directly connected with Mint!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5-6 years now and it has found me a couple of dollars here and there. I normally do my own taxes first, then check them using the software. There have been several years when we had identical outcomes, and there were two years where I was incorrect and by using this product came out ahead. One of the main benefits is the e-file and transferring data from prior years submissions. All in all Turbo Tax is relatively easy to use and meets all my requirements.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use
What's not so great: In the income area the software combined my IRA distribution with my civil service annuity.
