Turbo Tax was very easy and simple to use. I like the fact that you can always see if you are getting a refund or have to pay as you go along. I am looking forward to using it next year and won't have to put in all the info I had to this year.
What's great about it: I liked that you could do your taxes in stages and did not have to do everything in one sitting.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Consistently Helpful Process

Used Turbo-Tax for past 10-15 years. Consistent improvement and ease of use year after year. Good explanations of changes in tax laws and of why certain data is needed. Like ability to switch back and forth between Step-by-Step and Forms View, especially to compare data points to last year's returns on saved PDFs for prior years -- helps ensure no data is missing and returns are accurate. Keep on doing good work, Turbo-Tax!
What's great about it: Increased availability of data imports. Smooth transition from last year.
What's not so great: None.

What's great about it: Aks the right questions, let's you download from financial institutions
What's not so great: Had a little troube on some downloads but ptobably my fault.
