I've used TT for 5 years and have never had a problem.. I've always felt I got the most bang for my buck and always confident I got the biggest refund I could receive!
What's great about it: quick'n'easy
What's not so great: had to type it in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

Been using TurboTax for years. Works good for me.
What's great about it: Covers all of the bases so I Know nothing got missed.
What's not so great: I don't feel like I can skip something and come back, but it's probably just my lack of expertise.

For the last two years my state Ill has returned my tax a total of 8 times. Each and every time reason lack of info on 1099R. I can only input what the company send me.
What's great about it: Federal great
What's not so great: State worse than poor

2015 Turbo Tax Review

Thought this program was very useful for my needs.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Difficulty returning to program and printing out the correct forms for filing City, or granddaughter in dependents.

Easy to Use

In past years, w used Turbo Tax, but for two years because our situation became more complicated, we had to use a professional accountant. Now, with our uncomplicated situation, we're back to Turbo Tax because it is comprehensive enough for our needs.
What's great about it: I was able to insert information.
What's not so great: Having to pay for state e-filing.

Another Year Knocked Out

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, never had a problem and tax preparation is easy, quick, and inexpensive. I have prepared my taxes for my wife and I, and for my son and daughter, and now for my daughter & her husband, and for my Mother. TurboTax makes it easy and inexpensive to deal with the hassles of filing taxes. No sitting up late at night with a calculator and the tax pamphlets. I have always recommended TurboTax to anyone who asks how I do my taxes.
What's great about it: Simple easy data entry with Prior year carryover
What's not so great: Don't like having to do taxes each year, would prefer the Fair Tax!
