Needs more detailed instructions on certain steps

When adding 1099, 1098 etc, some descriptions said to enter later but did not identify when or where the option would come up again. I went through all of the steps waiting to enter the information but it never came up. I had to search around online after looking for the right place to enter the info.
What's great about it: Most documents already included
What's not so great: Some documents not easy to find or enter

Love TurboTax

My wife and I have been filing with TurboTax for 5 years. It's simple and cost effective and I have peace of mind that my taxes are filed correctly and we are getting our maximum refund.
What's great about it: Quick, simple, accurate
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Retirememt/Investments

2015 was my first full year of retirement! Instructions re new items I report now that I'm retired (pensions, medical out-of-pocket, financial advisor fees, etc.) were easy to follow. I've used TurboTax for at least 15 years. It's so easy to follow; I can't understand why my friends still spend big bucks to have their taxes done by an accountant!
What's great about it: Great tools to assist with new retirement topics
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Difficult Subjects Simplified

Thanks, Turbo Tax. I'm not sure I completely understand 401K distributions and disability income, but I'm sure my tax return is right!
What's great about it: I love the way Turbo Tax helps simplify the more complex subjects of the tax return such as retirement distributions
What's not so great: Difficulty determing how many and what kind of returns I could prepare

Great Program

I needed the deluxe version of your program as I have a lot of charitable deductions. Otherwise our tax filing would be simple.
What's great about it: Simple - easy to use!
What's not so great: Cost seems high for a return as simple as mine.

I love Turbo Tax. It is easy to follow and walks you through your Federal tax return, then has state almost finished when done. I have the product go through each section, line by line, and I would of liked it to automatically move to each line item, not back to "start" for each item.
I was done in less than 2 hours, start to finish (send)!
