This is the 4th year I am using Turbo Tax and it still is wonderful.

Recommend this product for anybody to use. Just follow the prompts. It's a simple matter of "read the screen"

On our Forms 1095 B, they were marked "covered for 12 months". I answered the turbo tax question as covered all year but my worksheet showed there was a short gap. Since I don't have to file the form, it is okay but it bothers me still. Otherwise, Turbo Tax was easy to use with help on topics I needed more information.
What's great about it: Step by step was good guidance
What's not so great: My health care worksheet wasn't correct

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I love it.. I used to do them by hand and hated that. Turbo Tax helps you with every possible deduction. Love it... thanks

Taxes are done YIPEE

I love turbo tax just wish that updating was as easy as click and its done. When you buy Turbo Tax and install it, the updates always seem to be a big problem. You have to manually download the update, install it and each time you close the program and come back in, you get a window that says your computer is not connected to the internet and you have to click on don't try to update which brings you to the update and it installs it every time you come back to add stuff to your return. Other than that, its easy peasy.
What's great about it: Really easy program
What's not so great: Updates continue to be a problem

Love using TurboTax

I have probably used TurboTax for 15 or so years. I love how you can download basic info from previous year's tax info. I DO have an older version of the Mac operating system, so will have to upgrade that before filing next year. Our taxes are not complex, so I love the ease with which I can do my own taxes with TurboTax. The 2014 TurboTax was a bit of a problem, but that got straightened out this year. I DID get locked out maybe three times while doing this year's taxes. It would get locked up on the "processing…" page.
What's great about it: Filling in info from previous years!!
What's not so great: I got locked out a few times
