no service fee listed on package for electronic transfer. it was found to be very difficult to ans
each question as to if there was other questions other than a combined like for medical expenses.
maybe no turbo tax next year. too many last questions that u don't need to know.

What's not so great: not being able to see actual IRS form along with what u put in. no service fee listed on package for elect transfer

Preparation tax return

Missed where donations of clothing, etc. could have value entered by me. Hard to get foreign tax entered for credit. Very time consuming to prepare.
What's great about it: Most guidance easy to follow
What's not so great: Some guidance made certain items hard to enter

EASY AND ACCURATE ... AS ALWAYS

I enjoy using TurboTax each year. I know I've been using it since at least 2011 but I believe before that (old computer crashed#. It is SO easy to use ... just follow the instructions. If you are well versed at how to file taxes, you can just fill in the forms that you need. But, if you are a novice #just doing your taxes yearly), TurboTax will walk you through each form to see if you need to complete it or not. The explanations are there if you have questions about the form. I file not only my taxes but my Mother's taxes and siblings taxes each year using TurboTax. It's the only product I intend to use ... as long as we are paying taxes ... and I guess that will be until I take my last breath. Thanks to Intuit for a great product.

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall great experience. Have never done my own taxes and now I wouldn't ever pay a tax service to do what I just did on my own thanks to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Loved the itemized deductions
What's not so great: Did not prompt me to input bank interest.

no sense turbo tax

Used your product many years but NEVER again. Your product did not follow previous years responses and three try to send e file.
What's great about it: took previous year responses from file
What's not so great: Was difficult to find where s.s.earnings belonged-hid finished taxes in obscure file- no area seemed to answer my quest
