Easy to use, even for an old guy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it actually makes doing taxes sort of enjoyable and gives you confidence in the accuracy and validity of the return being filed. I have used one other software program a few years ago and found it difficult to navigate, Turbo Tax takes me step by step and allows me to go back and forth between items without losing anything.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to use, step by step, lets you compare previous year and gives very good definitions
What's not so great: Nothing in this program caused me any problems.

I love Turbo Tax, I have used it for several years now and have never had any problems doing my taxes. it is so easy to use and gets you through it smoothly and fast.
What's great about it: Easy, they walk you through everything
What's not so great: None

My parents use turbo tax, my sister uses turbo tax, and my husband and I also use turbo tax. It meets the entire families needs.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through the process
What's not so great: Many steps didn't apply to us at this time

I have use this program for each of the last 10 years. It is straight forward and easy to use. I like that it tells me step by step what I owe or am getting back
What's great about it: guides me thru step by step
What's not so great: none that I can think of

Turbo Tax 2015

Have used the product for probably 20 years and continue to be satisfied with the interactive question format. Each year you improve the product without making a lot of fanfare about the changes and it gets easier every year to file taxes.
What's great about it: Continues to be very user friendly
What's not so great: liked everything
