Turbo Ease

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Not only am I math challenged, but I suffer from anxiety. Just the thought of filling out forms brings on a panic attack.Turbo Tax has been extremely helpful, because it does all the hard work for me. All I have to do is gather the documents and punch in the numbers. I love you guys.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is incredibly easy to use. It takes you step by step through each topic.
What's not so great: I have vision problems, so the print is often too light and small. High contrast settings don't work in some cases.

The way to go

After getting used to windows 10 and new turbotax this year went really smooth.and fast . Had to talk to Joe at turbotax about password change and he helped a bunch.I give it 9.9999999. Ray 10

Pretty good

Turbo Tax overall is good. Some areas need more explanation such as my health insurance premiums being deductible. It sounded like they were, but I wasn't sure so I didn't deduct them. Signing into my account didn't work because I guess my email address is too long. This was very frustrating.
What's great about it: Pretty much covered everything and most of the time it was easy to understand.
What's not so great: Some areas in income and deductions needed more explanation. In some areas I wasn't sure if I could take the deduction.

Annoying Features

Great product, especially if you use it year to year. Appropriate previous-year info transfers quickly to save entry time. However, repeated attempts to market other products/features grows tiresome.
To opt-out of future marketing emails, mailings, phone call, etc. requires that you enter your complete name, address, contact info again. To pay for additional filing fees by credit card requires you enter full contact info AGAIN. Really? Can't your programmers figure out a way to populate this info with that already entered.
What's great about it: Fast and intuitive
What's not so great: Repeated and annoying marketing efforts

So simple

I used to struggle, doing taxes myself, and I find that Turbo Tax has cut mt preparation time by probably 90 per cent! It took me only 3 hours to get everything input, reviewed, filed and printed !
What's great about it: Seems completely mistake proof, easy and fast !
What's not so great: Not really any.
