Still the BEST!!!!!!

I have been using Turbo tax for about 12 years, no issues great software, gets easier and easier each year thanks!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy, affordable, until VVVVVVV
What's not so great: pricey to file free state return

What's great about it: walk through the return(s)
What's not so great: removing forms that started and not needed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Always love my TurboTax

I have used Turbotax for years I had used a big name company to do taxes and they messed me up and wouldn't help me to straighten it out ... since then Turbotax does it for me I love the ease in which I can glide right through my taxes.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: wish it had a pop up person to answer certain questions at times

Download dilemmas

When I downloaded the federal and state software, I got error messages that the downloads failed. After many tries, I turned computer off and then on, and the "impossible" downloads suddenly appeared! It does not seem to have been a firewall issue, because my successful downloads occurred while I had the firewall in place.
Aside from that issue, the functionality was great!
What's great about it: Worked smoothly except for downloads
What's not so great: Downloads of updates and CA state software were skittish

Fairly Comprehensive

I have used Turbo Tax for years for my personal return. I have found it is accurate and fairly comprehensive. The only shortcoming is that a couple of forms needed for my admittedly complex return are not available and I have to retreive from the IRS website then hard key the information into my return.
What's great about it: "Interview" style of gathering information for return
What's not so great: Some of the forms for complex returns are not included
Pros: I bought or sold investments
