Great at Taxes - Lousy at Installing and Updating

After nearly 3 hours of trying, I finally got the software loaded on my Windows 10 PC. (Note: I'm a Network Administrator - I know my way around software installations.) Then, the program wanted to do updates. Did you know that "<1 minute remaining" actually means "about an hour"? Updates were terribly slow. Even when they did work, there was always time to go have lunch. Previous years did not have this problem - just this year's version.
Once everything was installed and updated, the program was great. Taxes have never been easier. But I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who couldn't even get the software to load.

Been doing my taxes with TurboTax for longer than I can remember. Always a good experience.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Step by step instructions.
What's not so great: Sometimes a little less clear than it could be.

2015 Tax Experience

I have used TurboTax for the past 12 years and never consider any other product or service. It has served me exceptionally well and I have never had any issues with processing payments or refunds.
What's great about it: Easy, straightforward, requires no technical knowledge on part of user.
What's not so great: None

Seamless Filing

I am a teacher who receives child support and alimony. This was a fairly easy and uncomplicated process. The only hitch I came across was an item on my W2 dealing with money that was taken from my pay for the Florida Retirement system. I was directed to call my employer for clarification. I was able to look up and find answers to any other question.
What's great about it: step by step walk through, easy to look up questions,
What's not so great: none

Overall Okay process

WE MOVED OUT OF STATE AND HAD TO PAY JUST TO FILE TAXES FOR ANOTHER STATE. WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
What's great about it: Very easy walk thru
What's not so great: prices for different states are OUTRAGOUS
