Superb!

I was amazed at how great the support was by the tax consultants. Called more than once and they responded in reasonable time and made things quite understandable to me.

Overall great and easy...the review survey is annoying because it keeps making you redo your "nickname" if its been used ....stupid

What's not so great: Cost increases each year

make it for computer illeteriates/older generation

I was ask if pension was from public safety officer ,my husband was Guard at prison and it is that pension I receive I answered yes and it changed it so I just quit trying to fix
What's great about it: guide is good

Twenty One years using TurboTax

Turbo Tax helped me capture the information on many 1099-R's, log all the material and cash donations to about ten charities. TurboTax also assisted with the creation and filing of multiple state returns after a relocation.
I have absolute confidence that every deductible expense was covered.
What's great about it: Great Support, Ease of handling complex situations such as a relocation
What's not so great: No Complaints

Hurray for refunds

Thanks for providing an easy to complete form which asks pertinent questions and double checks to make sure a person doesn't forget important inclusions.
What's great about it: Transfer of information from previous year. Comparison of previous year's deductions with current deductions.
What's not so great: None

More than I expected

I'm retired. I receive 4 1099-R forms. 2 from accounts I contributed to and receive taxed RMD payments. One I receive from the Military Retirement and the last from the Office of Personnel Management. (Retirement) CSA-1099R. This is a pension in which I receive a monthly income not subject to RMD but Turbo Tax treats it as subject to an RMD.
Supplying the IRS address to send my return to would be very helpful
What's great about it: Been using it for 4 years,..... gets better every year.
What's not so great: lack of clarity on 1099-R forms
